"FCAT an Abomination"

I have a first grader who does excellent in math, science, and social
studies. He was classified as having delayed speech. He now speaks
pretty well and is taken out of his class for two days of speech.

I find the FCAT an abomination.

I volunteered in kindergarten the whole year, and I saw children having panic attacks, crying, throwing up, and completely overwhelmed. I live in Palm Beach County, but we are planning on moving out of state because of these tests. Can you believe it has come to this?
